About us

Mini Notes is a browser-based notepad that keeps your thoughts solely on your device—no installation, no registration, no third-party clouds, and no tracking. It works even without an internet connection. All you need is a browser.

Do you know that feeling when you don’t want to trust your drafts, ideas, or know-how to outside services? Is it important to you that your data remains private and no one can access it without your consent? Of course, you could always keep paper notes in a personal safe, but that’s inconvenient. There are popular solutions (like Obsidian), but they often require installation on your device. Installation isn’t always possible for various reasons—from lack of a version for your operating system to strict corporate policies that forbid installing third-party software.

Mini Notes is a browser app for saving and organizing notes. Your data is stored exclusively on your device in your browser. You can use it on a desktop, tablet, or smartphone. For tablets and smartphones, the app is optimized for mobile browsers and works as a PWA (Progressive Web App), which you can add to your home screen.

Advantages

  • 2‑click start: No installation or registration required.
  • Absolute privacy: No tracking or access to your data.
  • Works offline: Your notes are always available.
